DESIGN & ENGINEERING
Basic design and engineering necessary for installation and initial configuration of eligible product that coincident with the  installation of the eligible equipment and services which is part of this contract will be rated at

$110.00 per hour

INSTALLATION
Installation services and installation of eligible and E-Rate approved equipment and directly tied to the installation of eligible equipment           

$110.00 per hour

MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Repair and Upkeep services of Dell Servers, Tape Back Up Units and all items which are applicable to this bid and are eligible for E-Rate discounts which do not fall within the Manufacturer warranty period or warranty limitations:

Item Replacement—cost plus 15%
Repair—$35.00 per hour

Basic Technical Support  of  Dell Servers, Tape Back Up Units and all items which are applicable to this bid and are eligible for E-Rate discounts which falls outside of Manufacturer’s technical support program and / or will be an extension of the existing  Manufacturer’s technical support offering                                                                       

$110.00 per hour

Configuration Changes of Dell Servers, Tape Back Up Units and all items which are applicable to this bid and are eligible for E-Rate discounts 

$110.00 per hour

All services and conditions are negotiable based on quantity and budget constraints.
